As we continue to grow our creative offering, we’re looking for a Webflow Designer & Developer to join our team and help shape the future of digital experiences in healthcare. This is more than just a build role. Key responsibilities:
Design and development
- Design stunning, user-centric websites and landing pages that reflect brand identities and connect with audiences
- Build responsive, scalable, and accessible Webflow websites, complete with CMS setup, animations and advanced interactions
- Translate Figma designs and prototypes into high-performing builds
- Optimise every site for performance, SEO and usability across all modern devices and browsers
- Integrate third-party tools and apply custom code when needed to extend Webflow’s capabilities
- Structure builds using Finsweet’s Client-First framework for clean, scalable development
Project ownership & collaboration
- Present design and development solutions clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients
- Collaborate closely with creatives, strategists and project managers to deliver high-quality work on time and within scope
- Support the development of internal Webflow processes, templates, and best practices to improve team efficiency
Innovation & growth
- Push creative boundaries while keeping functionality, accessibility and technical performance front of mind
- Stay up to date with emerging Webflow features, UX/UI trends, and front-end tools
Key skills and experience:
- 2–3+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing websites using Webflow
- Deep knowledge of the Client-First framework by Finsweet
- Proficiency in Figma, with a solid grasp of responsive design, design systems and prototyping
- An understanding of HTML/CSS and some familiarity with JavaScript would be beneficial
- An eye for detail and passion for crafting polished, user-first experiences
- Able to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working within an agency, startup or similar creative environment is a plus
