We are absolutely thrilled to share that we have been awarded Platinum accreditation by Investors in People! This is the highest-ranking score available, and we couldn’t be prouder to have made the leap from our previous Gold status. Out of the 55,000 organisations worldwide that are part of the Investors in People framework, only 2% achieve this prestigious top-tier status, making this achievement even more significant. This extraordinary achievement reflects the relentless dedication we have to our people, their wellbeing, and our drive to create a workplace culture that sets the benchmark for excellence.

For those who aren’t familiar, the Investors in People accreditation is an internationally recognised standard for people management and employee wellbeing. It focuses on improving workplace culture and engagement, and Platinum accreditation represents the pinnacle of achievement. To reach this level, a business must showcase an exceptional commitment to fostering a positive and inspiring work environment. Being recognised with this honour is a huge achievement for us — and the progression from Gold to Platinum is no small feat. It underscores just how much we continue to invest in and support our amazing team.
